95% behind the screen. On super important or dramatic rolls, I roll in front. (Or if I want them to be assured the outcome was earned, like a baddie resisting one of their abilities)

That's incredible. I'm the DM for my group. I put together a character binder for my players and always searching for ways to increase immersion. I may have to try something similar.
