In the context of comedies, watching people get hit can be funny. There's a reason why slapstick comedy is so popular.

Watching people get sexually assaulted cannot be funny under any circumstance.

You mean they do deserve to be in the convo?

.... Revolving Door is right there, Sean

I don't even think What I Want is close to being the worst song on the album.

That's a damning insight if there ever was one.

Hey Todd! I'm interested to know what your thoughts are on college football? I didn't know if you were into that or not

Ritt Momney is like if Benson Boone met Forrest Frank and got ideas.

Is this all we're here for as critics? To just shower the extremely famous with praise?

That movie would be a masterpiece if it weren't completely unrelated to the source material

I plan on writing my worst lists next month, and there is only one song on the list I plan on using the word "lazy" for. The number one song of the year.

I have to tackle this one with a lot of care. It's not a song you talked about in your video, which, btw, was awesome.

GO GO GO GO

I think overall it depends on the song. For a song like Try That In a Small Town or Rich Men North of Richmond, that discussion is integral to the DNA of the song.

I don't think it's necessary to discuss politics when dealing with songs like Mystical Magical or Owa Owa, for example.

Agreed!

As much as that is true, I also think overemphasizing it just makes the analysis impossible to enjoy. I'm not watching a pop music analysis to hear about the latest in Donald Grump news. I'm here to hear about why Jessie Murph and Morgan Wallen suck.

The most Todd song ever made

Not in any way

Thank you! I feel vindicated now lol

Somebody hasn't listened to Revolving Door
November 15, 2025 at 7:33 PM
That's absolutely something to be proud of, honestly because getting a following enough to actually affect the charts in some way is impressive in it's own right.
November 11, 2025 at 10:34 PM
That's still pretty impressive, but in the context of the article that means nothing.
November 11, 2025 at 10:30 PM
This is exciting. I rewatched part 1 the other day because I've been anticipating.

Ok but Life Is A Highway is actually that good.
