As I noodle it around & think about how things might shake out on the weekend, I am starting to think that the difference could end up being goaltending. This would be out of keeping (pardon) with the way both teams tend to win, but margins are so thin. Very little has been said about this facet🧤

This definitely stokes the excitement and anticipation for next weekend. Agree, this year they have (unlike last) shown up every big occasion at home. Müller has further steeled their resolve. But LAFC have so much quality. How many sleeps left?

With retirements of vets & headliners and injuries this year (see Quinn’s exit in the final) it feels like the torch has been formally passed to folks like Regan & Ward. Next season should be interesting for sure.
