Based on a real interaction I've had with a customer

One of their interactions being Keith having a super stressful shift that day, wanting nothing more than for his shift to be over. Then comes in Lance on his register, Keith scanning his clothes and Lance going, "Do you ever smile?" To which Keith replies with a forced smile.
