What you're saying is correct: CC cannot do it alone. That's where better, more versatile players come into play. That's where her being off-ball would be a good back-up plan. The problem is they don't have the correct players to really take such a system to the next level.

Honestly, both sides are right. The system she had at Iowa where she is on-ball most of the time and they read the defense as she brings the ball up the court and react could be taken to the next level by getting better, versatile players and having a just-in-case back-up plan like off-ball CC.
