I feel like Duo is trying to make me feel like I did better than I did.

Languages are so hard for me, but I’m trying my best, so yay.

EJ brought home her what I am thankful for project.

- Mama
- Rainbow braids
- Daddy

Today is their 67th day of school, so the kiddos were supposed to wear 6 or 7 of something. She asked for 6 braids and got them. Sadly they were not rainbow braids as we were short on time. Maybe next week!

Finished the crocheted frog hat with about an hour to spare.

The hubby will wear it and a frog resist sign at our community Halloween tonight. Portland protest frog!

Had a great day at the Farmer’s Market pumpkin patch.

EJ got to spend time with her BFF petting animals & painting pumpkins.

We have a nice wagon we never use so anymore and rather than sell it we offered it to her friend’s mama. They were just looking at buying one. Yay for perfect timing!

GOP has the house, senate, presidency. It’s on them if they cannot get enough votes.

Long day. LAX to Reno. Hour car drive. Hubby and EJ met my dad for the first time. My aunt and her hubby were there to.

Hung out a few hours. Saw a wild horse. Turn around Reno to LAX. Almost home. Sooo tired!

Great day trip though.

Main part of my hexicardi is done. Need a break from the ribbing so started another one for EJ.

Had to let go of my perfectionism. Goofed on the back middle panels (1 side is 1 cluster taller) and didn’t notice until done stitching it up. Oh well. I still love it.

Play date today with EJ’s cousin. Ate pizza. Saw butterflies and lizards. Played in a sandbox. The kiddo got floral face paint and then as we were leaving also got a “tattoo” of an octopus on her arm. Not looking forward to the tears when the paint comes off, but we had fun!

Didn’t like the way the other color scheme was working with the first half of my hexicardi. I tore that apart and started over. It’s now the same color scheme as the first side, but I started with a different color.
