I moved to the UK two years ago and I was shocked to see how terrible the infrastructure was and how poor the middle class was compared to any other developed or developing country. I still can't understand what they do with all that money in such a rich country, where people pay insane taxes.

Right wing voters complain that leftists call them stupid and think little of them in general. I can't overstate how little the right wing leaders and beneficiaries of authoritarian systems think of their own supporters. And there is endless evidence about this.
