The whole premise of ‘cheap’ is a reusable rocket. So far 50% prototypes have not completed full mission specification. Add that the timeline Musk stated we should be seeing in orbit fuel transfers happening this year, and a Moon landing in 30 months being charitable. It ain’t going to happen.

This is backwards, the primary problem is the cost of energy its ridiculously expensive. Home heating will be dependent on the actual weather due in the winter. Winters are getting warmer. Means testing the nation to find out who should be eligible for a fuel payment would be an additional cost.
