So, your solution to slowing the rate of our descent into fascism is to make it much easier for fascists to keep control of Congress? This may not be as good a strategy as you think it is

2.What if one should demand obeisance, should treat the law as weapon that he may wield but may never be wielded against him? In better days we would have called him mad, simply laughed and gone about our day.
