Today is thst darkest of anniversaries, 13 years since I took a call from the desk asking me to check out a report that Gary Speed, the football hero, my friend, was dead. I’ll never forget that morning.

I think that game was a great advert for keeping VAR out of the championship. Wouldve spent 5 mins for each one of our goals drawing lines on a screen. Just to give the same decision anyway. #lufc

Swansea are a perfect example of a team sticking to their principles to a fault. That high line against us is always going to struggle. However; us giving 3 goals to the worst attacking team in the league is criminal. What a finish to the game though, imagine being in the away end! #lufc
