One of those Studio Ghibli documentaries - Never Ending Man I think? - showed a little hand-written sign in the studio that translated as:
"Please quit if you:
- Have no ideas.
- Always rely on others.
- Shirk responsibility.
- Lack enthusiasm."
That's now on a post-it note on my easel.
