Further, the greens not playing ball in 2009 force rudd to attempt to deal with a liberal led Turnbull opposition which led to Abbott challenging him and taking over the liberal party, making it hard right, the greens should have took the deal, it was better than law passed in 2013.

Yeah the greens forced gillard to do a carbon tax as part of their agreement in minority government, they could have done it 2009 without the the political damage and would have a been a stronger carbon tax too, don't re write history.
