That’s what I was thinking. That they will pass it, but then say it is once again an open investigation so they can’t release much. My hope is that most people will see through this and public sentiment will continue to massively move against him.

As Trump has told DOJ to go after any Democrats who may be involved, if they were to charge anyone, wouldn’t they have to open up their files as part of the discovery process? Isn’t Trump cutting off his nose to spite his face? I’m not a lawyer, so I may be wrong about this. Just wondering.

I am feeling a tad more hopeful that this era will indeed pass. Between the huge turnout for No Kings and the disgust with the lawless and cruel tactics of ICE, perhaps We the People will actually take back some power.

I would love to know how many of the Jan 6th insurrectionists are now ICE agents. I’m convinced it’s one of the reasons they cover their faces and the main reason they were all pardoned.

I too find it bizarre, as I know people who I would normally think of as reasonably smart, who are all in on MAGA. Though the common theme I find among them is fear, hatred and/or resentment of anyone who is not like them,
