At 56, I’ve been creating & engaging in online communities with other autistic adults for 3 years. It has changed my life in ways I **never** imagined. I now have daily mutual emotional support to navigate trauma, addiction, AND autistic joy. COMMUNITY is crucial for living a fulfilled life.

Relief and grief. I heard my story over and over, but it was well worth reading, as it helped me understand myself and why I struggled so much. Finding an autistic community, as Price suggested, has been life changing.
