Today I air fried a sandwich. Turned out like a grilled cheese. Much less work than using a pan and easy clean up with liners. Genius.

I didn’t realize how overwhelming and over stimulating an open office with like 100 people is. No wonder I was always so tired. So much energy and stress. I’m in a much smaller quieter office. My nervous system can finally heal!
