In a world that seems to have lost its ever-loving mind, singing with Singing City is a balm. Can we heal the world through music? I don’t know but we can sure try. This song last night seemed very Quakerly.

Back at it
Protesters stand in front of the Montco courthouse in the rain at the People’s Rally. There are tents and umbrellas and someone is speaking about supporting immigrants, Trans rights, and other important issues. Kid- made protest sign that says “this again!?” And “Peace! Please!” There is a peace sign and a grumpy purple cat. The backs of many protesters, one is holding a sign with 4 sections reading “sorry folks, but ignoring it is what the Germans did”, “Freedom over Fascism”, “Ruth sent me”, and “Congratulations America, you got back with your ex who is supposed to be in prison”. The people are in coats with their hoods up to stay dry and warm on the cold, rainy day. Tents and protesters. There is a sign that says “women’s rights are human rights” and an all-inclusive rainbow flag.
