I grew up in the early 2000s when being 115 lbs at 5’5 had you thinking you were “huge” because the culture worshipped size 0. Seeing that energy creep back now? Parents need to really check in with their kids. That era didn’t just glamorize skinny—it came with a spike in teen suicide too.
