I don't think enough is said about Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Full transparency I have not played every game in the AC franchise but so far this game has spent the most time in the "Animus". I don't even remember who the Present Day characters are and I'm so here for it.

I don't think enough is said about Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Full transparency I have not played every game in the AC franchise but so far this game has spent the most time in the "Animus". I don't even remember who the Present Day characters are and I'm so here for it.

Finished Season 2 of Netflix's Wednesday. Overall I enjoyed the season and I unlike IGN did not mind that the focus was rarely about the family and how "normies" see them. They seemed to lament about that for whatever reason.
Characters were strong but the ending was kinda meh however.

Hey WB Games! What's up with getting a port of MK9 onto current consoles like the PS5? With the release of MK Legacy Collection, almost all of the main series games are available to play and MK9 was the beginning of current state of modern MK gameplay. Would be awesome to revisit it again! 🐉

Not enough praise is heaped on @digitaleclipse.bsky.social when it comes to the little things like using the actual digital representations of the physical games we remember. Seeing a SNES or Genesis box instantly brings back memories of holding them in your hands. 🥹

The Janet Leigh cameo in Halloween H20 is one of the most well placed cameos in cinema history. Not only was she Jamie Lee Curtis' mother in real life, they also included the actual car she drove in the movie Psycho and played a bit of the Psycho theme song during one of her scenes. *chefs kiss* 🤌👄

Final verdict? I had fun. It’s a fun game with yes some repetitive missions and ftr played just the campaign and avoided any multiplayer especially since now it’s dead. Still fun story and the writing was really good.

I’m having a blast playing this game. Can the missions get repetitive? Absolutely.

Best horror film opening credit sequence. It’s just Carpenter’s theme while the camera slowly pans in on jack-o-lantern but it instantly puts you in an uncomfortable mood and expertly sets the tone 🎃

So I realized I own the PSP version of Silent Hill Origins, which I have yet to beat. I wanted to look up if they ever made a console port and they in fact did on PS2.
Looked it up and a used copy starts at $200+ 🤯
I think I'll stick with my measly PSP copy. 😳

Finished my full watch of all the Friday the 13th films in order. This might be a hot take, but I honestly feel like for me the best one is Part 2 for a couple reasons. One, I feel like once he gets the hockey mask, the series ramps up the silliness. Second, tonally, it still feels new.
