I used to work as a social worker in a hospital and I served on the committee to reduce C-sections due to the added risks to the mother. They want to eliminate health research so they can say this crap and no one can prove them wrong.

It's interesting because Chinese gov owns 1% golden stake in byte dance which allows it to override any decisions in the company- this is about control. US wants 50% ownership which would allow them to control company decisions AND make money off their citizens.
