The vocal people this affects are the artists that have been betrayed. The artists that used a product because they believed in it, and which respected their own values, until it didn't.

SAMMI originally denouncing the use of AI was a big win for creators using it. Allowing it back in means there's now a pipeline to oversaturate the market with slop that is made from machines used to replace what makes art Human. Even if the change has been reverted, it's a massive blow to our trust

If you have any respect for people in creative spaces, be it visual art, music, modelling, photo editing, or streaming, you should be condemning the use of generative AI in any art form. Creators put their soul into their work, and AI was built off of scraping and theft without artist's consent.

Sucks when you stop optimizing and want to write a few scenes, then when you go back to optimizing you realize you gotta rewrite and remove from more scenes than had you kept doing it before lmao.

Turns out that 100 lines of code I thought I had to define every scene was not in fact needed to be defined every scene, so it's in one of my autoloads now. I didn't think it was possible, but never tried. Once I decided to finally try and see I was sad I didn't try earlier and had to redo a lot.
