there's been some progress on this since I posted about it 1,000 years ago btw
an incomplete, 3-storey dollhouse with 5 rooms all in a state of partial decoration. the flooring and walls are done but some construction details like edge finishes, curtains, etc are not finished. a metal spiral stair connects the first and second floors. the scale is somewhere between 1:12 and 1:16.

friendship ended with spooky miniatures, now goblincore is my best friend
miniature items displayed on a crafting/cutting mat. laying flat on the surface, there is a corkboard with two aged posters pinned to it. two bundles of dried herbs are on top of the corkboard. behind, there is a curled, yellowing poster and a black pot with moss and two red-capped mushrooms "growing" of it of it. a pair of black tweezers next to the items suggests a 1:12 or 1:16 scale.

took a short break from dollhouse construction to make this very small geode

also 3D printed frames for the window rough openings, I'm surprised at how much it polishes/elevates the rooms! I'll cut and glue in some clear acrylic for the panes

progress! designed & printed some outlet covers, installed working overhead lights on one floor, and did a single feature wall with wainscoting

(the wainscoting was very annoying to build and making one wall's worth was plenty for me)

Got a new 3D printer and immediately started printing and painting a bunch of 🤏 cats

No particular plan for them, I just think they are cute!!

anyway I designed and 3D printed these little wall sconce(?) thingies and wrapped them with LED strip lighting and it's very cozy and nice
