Really good, not-dumb question. Two ways:
1. One passkey on your desktop, one on your phone. You can have two keys for your house/car/whatever; same applies here. (If a vendor doesn’t let you create and manage multiple passkeys, that’s, uh, bad.)
2. Use a password manager that syncs passkeys.
