CIN has the largest water lab in the country. The work that was done there can’t be replicated. The brain drain just from that alone is going to be harmful. It was there before EPA was EPA!

About 1000 in Cin. In Ada, region 6 just moved there lab folks so not sure the total now, but probably 75 ORD folks were there. In Edison, the emergency response team, plus region 2 folks and ORD are colocated. I get what you mean, but it’s hard to move things where there are no resources.
