I think physical therapy is the next step if the stretches they gave me don't work. It's enough pain that I hurt every single morning. Ngl, kinda wearing me thin. I'm soooo ready not to be in pain

I'm curious, if you don't mind sharing, what happened that you needed surgery? I've got a shoulder impingement or possible torn rotator cuff muscle (US Healthcare is soooo great its taken them months to tell me "stretch more") so I'm a bit worried I may need a surgery as well
