A week long work trip in small town Minnesota. I tried to focus on being present rather than the news and fears about the future. I was mostly successful.

Women in the Twin Cities Metro area: there is a predator/s attacking women who are alone on area trails. He struck this summer at the Lebanon Hills trail, and either the same predator or another one attacked a woman jogging alone in Maple Lake. Be aware, carry deterrent, and avoid isolated places.

Well, it’s going about as badly as I expected. Here’s a few self-care wet shaving photos as I try to drop Facebook and IG for a week as Michael Stipe suggests.
