Apparently Canada give parents with kids a monthly stipend…like, $500-$600/month…maybe if we had some financial help, we’d be more inclined to have kids. No one would have to “persuade” anyone. That, in conjunction with a year parental leave, free healthcare, and other humanitarian assistance.

My yearly raises are only 1-3%….no matter how well I perform. That doesn’t even cover the rate of inflation. I’m basically going backwards
