I'm reminded of Jeanne Calment the oldest living recorded person, age 122. She smoked until she was 117 and enjoyed wine as well. Not endorsing smoking or drinking constantly, just denoting it doesn't immediately mean death sentence and some people get really judgey about it.

I mean there was Great Lakes piracy, specifically timber pirates and Indiana does border Lake Michigan.
Also what's the legality? US never signed the Treaty of Paris that ended privateering but we did sign the 1907 Hague Convention.

Hmmm I thought the El Nasir tablet was carved via a stylist since it had 51 sections of writing. Which hammered home the writer was extra mad to take all the time to write.
