NOW you're doing the "correlation = causation" fallacy. You don't get to count all the hits & ignore all the misses. Cancer goes into spontaneous remission. It's rare, but documented & it's not "over and over." Winning the lottery is very improbable. Happens all the time. Go read up on statistics.

That is *totally irrelevant* to the issue of the efficacy of prayer. The Bible says "Ask and it shall be given." No qualifiers. No conditions. No prerequisites. That does not happen. I've seen it not happen. It's nonsense. The Bible is wrong. Prayer doesn't work.
