If Noem doesn’t lift the bounty for ICE agents and stop human trafficking the victims need a class action suit. Sue Noem for 1B US dollars and legal immigration passports for the hard working Americans she has terrorized with untrained bounty hunters. Deport the drug and sex traffickers ONLY.
