Fumbling around on FamilySearch I found my boyfriend's parents marriage. It's Dominican so it was a fun find. After digging through images it was as simple as it has been currently indexed. 😄 I kinda wanted to do it the hard way. Lol

Up to 800+ names, anyone care? Absolutely not. But I did get a msg to not put things in caps and a lecture on how to make my memorials by someone that doesn't make any. Caps memorials were from a cousin that died, I volunteered to take on her work. TY Findagrave for all the obnoxious gravers. Yw 🌍

Added 500 names to a cemetery this last couple weeks on findagrave. Every minute felt like torture hopefully someone appreciates it one day. Lol nowhere near done. Maybe 1/4 done I can't tell. I'm in a spike of infants hoping it eases up.

So I'm doing a cemetery project and I am enjoying getting back into it. But today I found a listing for a baby in a hollowed out tree. So now I wonder why isn't stuff like this on an old cold case type list? I know back then they didn't think they could solve that. 🧐 Maybe they did, idk. 😕

2025 is the year I can order whatever is contained in my ancestor's records from the psychiatric hospital. It is next of kin or 50 years and apparently the family thought I should just wait 50 years. Lol I am impatient. Can anyone relate?

There's a cemetery where about 10 headstones sit. In the 70s they moved a lot of the burials to a nearby cemetery. Some remain. In digging I find it's more like 6 cemeteries were there. We drive over it daily. Dare I poke around for names that only appear in DC and obits but not FG or headstones?

I quit a very time consuming project and it's a little hurtful but people are just ugly. Well, the deceased aren't lol... so going to dive back into genealogy soon and where should I go? Idk. Either Ohio, a Ukrainian village or a cemetery. 🤔
