A festive red candle is a classic, and I wanted to attempt a 'melting' version. Added a plate-shaped candle holder so it didn't 'float' in the frame. Not too bad a result, I daresay! 😊

I'm sure there are mistakes somewhere I can't see yet, but I'm looking forward to when I'll be good enough to notice (and fix!) them. This challenge is great as practice, indeed!😁

I didn't feel like drawing today, but I've decided to do this event to the end, and I'll stick to it even if the results aren't always what I wanted. How else can I improve, after all?😤
It looks very simple, yes, but it's done, and that's what's important.☺️

The Winter Blues got me today. 🫠 I've tried to harness their dark powers into today's drawing and I believe I've succeded, I feel much better! 😤🤭 Learned a couple new things about (real) snowflakes as well, fascinating stuff. 🤔

Tried to draw one of those shiny tree baubles. Not too bad, if a little unrealistic-looking, but it's the thought that counts.👍
Besides, drawing light and shadows is difficult enough without the challenge of a small space so I'll take my victories, ahah!🤣

Turns out making randomly shaped items is really difficult. Still, it's fun to do and good practice no matter the results.
I think it turned out pretty good for being the first time I draw coal, though! ☺️

This was difficult but fun (and it's practice!) so I'll try to do the entire list! Wish me luck!

Took a few days' break from tinkering with my furniture rework and noticed glaring errors to fix and better adjustments to make.
A rest helps the body and refreshes the mind, indeed.

Seating furniture finished. Perhaps it doesn't look too good, but when I first started I couldn't make anything even resembling cloth, let alone draping it over something. It's good practice all the same, however the result is.
And drawing makes me happy.

I think I'll post some my pixelart WIPs for my Stardew Valley modpacks (one of my hobbies).
Currently trying to draw/improve the "cloth draping over a couch" part of my Furniture mod.
Working within specific limitations is challenging but also rewarding.
