Not sure if it counts because it *can* be multiplayer, but Baulder's Gate 3. Easily a game I can play again and again, either as a Tav or as one of the main characters. The stories are so good and all of your choices make a difference so each run can be wildly different.

Loving this mod! It matches so well with Necromancer (using that on Summoner). I did notice that, for some reason, the faeries seem to be ... flickering? It looks like an internal light source being flickered on and off. Not really sure how to explain it well. Happens on all of them.
