Here we go! Wil Yeung’s Basil Curry Fried Rice. I would eat Thai basil on practically anything.

This turned out a little wetter than I’d like - I don’t think I drained the tofu long enough. But the flavor is good! Chili oil definitely has a kick. 🍜🍽️
