I also follow the ot7 feed, so I usually feel like I catch most things? But if I was still doing my journal, I'm not totally sure I'd feel able to let go of twitter. I hope it works!

Ohh. Well I don't remember all of my thoughts from then, things were weird. But Yun always felt large for me when I saw his work, any glimpse of his pieces in Namjoon's content made me very focused on that. So it's probable that I thought of Yun when I made this one.

That is wonderful to hear, lou! I so glad it helped you. I use it a lot when my emotions run away with me and I get panicky, and it almost always helps regulate me back to a level where I can make concuois and coherent decisions again. It doesn't remove the overflow, but it helps me manage it.
