He has a diplomatic passport; therefore, he’s allowed to enter Canada. He wouldn’t be allowed to enter with is civilian passport. The same with Justin Trudeau. The fact that he admitted smoking marijuana makes him inadmissible to enter the USA using his civilian passport.

As a Canadian it makes me cringe every time someone writes or say eh. I have never known anyone who says eh when they speak. This is a stereotype.
