Reading this thread after the decision issue is reliving my anxiety over this decision in real time. I am pleased by the result by the language, even though I know dry as a bone without opining on the government’s total obliteration of due process is what it took to get all 9 on board.

I’m also curious why they took so long to issue such a bland opinion but, it seems like Roberts fought for at least an appearance of unanimity on this one and bland is something they could all agree on.
