I’ve had this almost constantly since I was 18. It is absolutely the worst. Like the pain can be so bad it feels like a heart attack.

My girl used to do that. I’d make a coffee with cold foam on top and sit on the floor with her. She’d snag a lick no matter what I did

The Altar Within changed my life. Sometimes I would listen to the audiobook (read by the author) to ground me even after I’d “finished” it. You never truly finish that book.

I got off of facebook and a lot of other social media partially for that reason. You can be informed without reading the comments.

I also feel like I’m just talking to myself though.
