She/her, 26. I finally cracked and decided to join Bluesky because I hate Twitter ads!!! Icon art is by me :)

I stream at twitch.tv/ladyofmisfortune on the weekends, stop by if you enjoy video games and cute girls doing cute things!
AHEM!

In exactly one week, I am going to be hosting a big birthday weekend for myself, and you are all invited!! I have been Incredibly Stressed recently and I want to have some fun, so we are doing THREE WHOLE NIGHTS OF STREAM including karaoke, 100% Orange Juice games, and a doodle stream!

Happy new year everyone!! My husband and I got like four things of cheese at the family holiday party, so clearly the solution is to have some very adult and refined cheese and crackers—I mean, charcuterie, for lunch. May this year be better than the last one (please please please)!!

Merry Christmas everyone! I have successfully survived today’s family gathering and got a pretty good meal out of it too. The best part was definitely the roast beef bc it was so tender and served with a DELICIOUS currant gravy. Dessert kinda lacked though so no pictures there!

SUCCESS YIPPEE! We made a Peek emote for the subscribers tonight and just look at how cute the kitty is!!
Honestly very glad I streamed tonight because I don't think I would have had the energy to get this done otherwise. Thank you guys for joining me tonight!!

Unless it turns out I am wildly under prepared, we should be able to complete the main story today in Atelier Ayesha?? We'll still have a post-game until the time limit is up after that, so ideally that'll be where the rest of our ending flags are waiting!

Today we follow a lead for the plot in Atelier Ayesha!!!

We unlocked a bunch of new areas to explore that also link up two halves of the map AND go through some ruins we haven't found a flower in yet, so we're gonna be tackling that today!

Starting a bit late because I went out for dinner with my husband but we're back with more Atelier Ayesha!

We are rapidly approaching year 3, which SHOULD be the last third of the game, and yet I have no clue if we are on track for a proper ending. HELP!!!

Thank you guys for joining me tonight!! The emote didn't turn out as planned, but now it's a sticker in the Discord instead. We raided the absolutely adorable @strawberrymoonua.bsky.social to end the night since she was also working on some art!

In case you haven't heard me mention it before, SURPRISE!

We hit 150 followers on Twitch, so we're throwing a (belated) celebration tomorrow with 100% Orange Juice viewer games at 8 PM EST!! There are two events going on in 100% OJ right now too, including a Halloween rerun, so it's great timing!

I am officially back from vacation so we are streaming today!! But it's not more Grand Bazaar--we'll be trying out the demo for Astralshift's newest game, Hell Maiden, instead!

I have never played a horde survival game before so this can only go well, right?

After the park comes St Patrick’s Cathedral, obviously! It was packed so no photos of Bulbasaur were had inside, but I PROMISE you it was gorgeous. Then we stopped for some tea, did one last bout of Aran sweater shopping, and ended off on some pizza and nachos which were better than they looked!
October 17, 2025 at 9:00 PM
Once we finished up at the castle, we stopped by Darkey Kelley’s for one last batch of Irish food and had some absolutely divine pork cutlet and bangers and mash! Then from there we stopped at the Christ Church Cathedral garden and the St Patrick’s Park for some photos.

We had originally intended on getting a guided tour, but they had already sold out that morning so instead I had to time to take plenty of my silly little photos! There was a lot of history to learn about the building through the placards too, which was appreciated.

And now we have arrived at Day 7, the final day! Our flight back is tomorrow at noon, so this was our last day to squeeze in anything we missed. The first stop on the list was Dublin Castle! There were so many cool paintings and the rooms were practically drowning in gold trim.

My husband and I got quite the book haul between Hodges Figgis and Winding Stairs! I am very excited to dig into them, but we made sure to visit the National Library for the W. B Yeats exhibit while we were out before grabbing a burger for dinner at Bobo’s and doing dessert at the hotel room.
October 16, 2025 at 10:08 PM
The Green had SO many birds that were very social; we saw one guy stand not even a foot away from a swan and it just let him! I love birds so this was a win for me, but lunch was even better because the Winding Stairs Cafe SLAPPED. I loved my fish plate and the puddings were to die for!!
October 16, 2025 at 9:56 PM
Day 6! We are rapidly approaching the end of the trip, so we gotta fit in a book day!!! The Museum of Literature had some great exhibitions including a really solid recorded reading of Oscar Wilde’s De Profundis, and on our way to lunch we stopped by the beautiful St Stephen’s Green!
October 16, 2025 at 9:50 PM
We finished off the day with TRYING to go to Temple Bar but, uh. It was packed. So then we tried to go to not one, not two, but THREE other bars, and they were ALSO packed. We got lucky on the fourth one though and tried a Guinness, which, well, we don’t like alcohol, so let’s just call it a wash?
October 15, 2025 at 10:40 PM
From there we stopped by George’s Street Arcade, the big straightaway of Grafton Street, and St Stephen’s Green Shopping Center! We stopped for a late lunch at Yamamori Izakaya, but hands down the best place today was Cookieboy because god damn they were worth every euro with how decadent they were.
October 15, 2025 at 10:36 PM
Day 5! Today was a shopping day, so after breakfast in the room and a short stop for some boba, we went to Chapters, the biggest bookstore in Dublin. My husband and I each got three books after doing some independent wandering, and then we tried a surprisingly good quiche from the cafe upstairs!

Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it was going to rain tonight and we didn’t bring our coats. So it’s another early night for us, but I at least forced my husband to get me some ice cream because he (accidentally) threw out the snacks I had saved from the bus tour! Yippee!!
October 14, 2025 at 8:59 PM
Then we hit the National Gallery of Island and the National Museum of Ireland (Archeology)! I was thrilled to see the gallery had a couple Rembrandt pieces bc they’re stunning in person. But the real highlight was the steak dinner we had; I couldn’t eat another bite by the time we left!
October 14, 2025 at 8:55 PM
Day 4 time! We started today by touring Trinity College and viewing the Book of Kells, which was soooo cool. It’s hard to believe a book that old has survived until the modern day! Plus I loved seeing all the different architectural styles on campus from different renovations.
October 14, 2025 at 8:44 PM
While the day started rough, ultimately I had a good time with the bus tour! My highlight is that we went shopping while we were in Galway and I got this cute wrap/shawl from an Aran sweater store which even has pockets! Tomorrow is gonna be a big museum day though so it’s eepy time for me.
October 13, 2025 at 9:57 PM
After that, we stopped in Galway for lunch! The fish and chips were from McDonaghs and it was SO good, best fish and chips I’ve ever had even if the chips were undersalted. Then back in Dublin, I got yakisoba for dinner at a place called Fujiyama, though we had to do takeout due to timing.
