All you can do is go with how you feel at any one time. The right way to deal with his loss is your way. No one else can tell you how to feel and when to feel it.

Mushroom pâté? Sauté mushrooms until all the liquid evaporates. Some fresh thyme leaves. Some vegan cream cheese. Blend it all together until you get it as rough/smooth as you like. Make it the day before. Add whatever else you fancy, sherry,brandy, chopped nuts serve with toasted sourdough 😋

Oh I made cookies earlier, if I’d realised I could have sent you some dough 😉
