a really neat lil detail that I'm happy with for this level, when you turn off the power & the emergency lights come on, the color of the ground haze changes to reflect the new lighting ^^

so many of these maps are at a point where I can just relax in them & explore after clearing out all the enemies, it feels so nice, entire stretches of them can just be played through like normal, no console commands, noclipping, just a bit more polish & then I'd consider them done

just finished playing @cambreaker.bsky.social's mini-mod she released earlier this year, Transit, and I absolutely loved it, just 3 maps long & it felt so much larger with to it's excellent use of backtracking, I'd recommend anyone head over to ModDB & give it a shot! ^^

That's not to say Signal Lost isn't equally as important to me, doing that first release back in 2021 helped me grieve. Every day that I was working on it, I was having so much fun. When I released it, seeing that people actually enjoyed what I'd created, I can't put that feeling into words.
