It’s hard to admit, but over the years I’ve struggled with silence. These days it’s easy to drown out our thoughts with podcasts, audiobooks, social media, etc. The inner workings of my mind feel like a sad, desolate place, looping to-do lists & what-ifs until I can’t bear the inside of my head.
