Canada did years ago. If you pay with a credit card or debit, it's a moot point. If you pay with cash it's rounded. $2.32 is $2.30. $2.33 is $2.35.

All my local Canadian stores are putting stickers by items made in Canada or packaged in Canada. Canadian people were hurt. Local governments are pushing to buy and support local in every province.
