The first time I was able to successfully do a move called “the Superman”. This was after a ton of weight loss and when I was at my best. As you can see, I still needed kinesiology tape for my hypermobile joints.

Something else that ableist, abled body people NEED to fucking understand is: just because a disabled person can do one thing, does NOT mean they can do another. I used to pole dance, but working a job that requires me to stand or standing to cook for a long time is excruciating.
