Baguettes are pretty easy to make and a rewarding treat. Jambon-beurre sandwiches are the best. French ham is a must with good European butter.

Gave Spam musubi a try using a marinade/glaze I made with oyster sauce, soy and sugar. I’ll definitely make it again. I do recommend using the low sodium version of Spam.
