Petition: Reverse the burden of proof in relation to consent in sexual assault cases
We want to place the burden of proof on the defence, to prove, on the balance of probabilities, that they did have consent.

Well after a couple of days on Threads with a lot of likes on a couple of posts I have been restricted! For no fathomable reason.
It makes me reevaluate social media. Isn’t whole purpose interaction and reach?
hy is it they do it without any explanation? Shocking.
Might end up reactivating.
