Shingles are the worst when they follow that same pathway .. down yr spine through yr vaj down your thigh

They make you super sleepy too, Avoid foods high in Arginine (choc/nuts/seeds) shingles makes me crave it esp peanut butter 🤦♀️ but high amounts of arginine blocks production of lysine, which is an amino acid used to treat shingles. Veg, fish, lentils = good lysine.

I get these if a lil stressy, antivirals are great if u can afford. Handy for cold sores too. I had vax in OZ (cheaply) years ago. I need a booster $😞 but no vax possible until 6mths after an outbreak/ Weirdly I find antiflam menthol cream helps ‘change’ the pain sensation. Would avoid face though.

I’d like to disagree without being disagreeable. Most people shown how easy it is could grow some food in the smallest places. I hv friends in Asia who grow food in apartments. I’ve seen ornamental street gardens now Hv veg, wild foraging maps of fruit & herbs. Undoing the forgetting how is the task

The victory garden model during war times demonstrated what people can do out of necessity. The district I live in was 95% self sufficient for food 50 years ago we now have 7 days of food and would need a herc ✈️ to land every 27 mins after that. We grow enough to eat our own veg & fruit all year 🌱
