I want to go to the gym more but I don't know that to do. Everything i look up is not a good idea for my current weight or skill level also I don't have a spotter so some of them are straight up dangerous

I am allowed to go to the gym. I am allowed to take up equipment at the gym. I'm allowed to literally walk on a treadmill for an hour if I want. I'm allowed to be heavy and exsist in public spaces
