Didn't realize when I booked the Lake Louise Shuttle that it also included Moraine Lake. After hiking Plain of the Six Glaciers, I headed over to Moraine for a quick view from the Rockpile. It was a beautiful day.

During our first camp of the season, we hoped to see the Aurora Borealis but fell asleep before they were visible. Daylight is long at this time of year. The skies were still light at 10:30 pm.

Discarded eroded gravestones in the forest, removed from the local graveyard decades ago. The local cemetery is full of un-marked graves, but there is a monument there acknowledging those long ago graves.
