This is NOT how people with Asperger's speak. They are highly articulate.

It was part of the post war slum clearance project (the houses we were moved out were never cleared and are now £2m Brixton Victorian villas.) We lived in half with no bathroom. We got indoor bathrooms, great healthcare and education, jobs for the parents, but young people couldn't wait to get out.

I have yet to read a Chiles article and not regret the lost time I spent reading it. What a waste of space.

I spent the second and larger part of my growing up in a new town (Crawley). Despite having all these things, it was an awful place and I left the day I was old enough to leave home. It's now the crime hotspot of the county of Sussex. Hope I never see it again.
