I really like this page. The smut is always fun but it's nice to just draw people cuddling sometimes (even if they'll never call it that).
And yanno, it's a nice early glimpse at how doomed they are 😂

Rune: But I wanted to see how long you’d *let* it… Reyes: Hmph… Panel 4: Reyes wraps his arms under Rune, who arches her back obligingly to let him, enjoying the feeling of skin on skin as he lazily kisses down her chest. Reyes: Think that probably killed thirty minutes pretty good… Rune: But you said ‘as long as I want’. I don’t even get a round two? Reyes: Goddamn, woman. You really got another one in you? Rune. Of course. Seems like I’m the only one, though… Reyes: ARE NOT! I’m just saying! Most people’d snap in half from me going full tilt like that *once*. Panel 5: Rune pulls Reyes’ hair away from his face on one side, tucking it behind his ear to see him better. Rune: Guess I’m not ‘most people’, then… Panel 6: Reyes pushes himself up to be able to look down at her more fully, grinning. Reyes: Guess not. Panel 7: Rune pulls herself up to press another kiss to his lips. Rune: So shut up and fuck me again… Reyes (vo): … I never stood a fuckin’ chance, did I…?

Panel 4: Rune gasps for breath, panting and twitching with the aftershocks of her orgasm. Panel 5: They both finally relax slightly, Rune’s arms falling to the floor above her head and Reyes letting her legs down from his arms - the concrete is visibly crumbled where his hands were braced, and his back is criss-crossed with scratch marks.
